The concentration and death-camp complex at Auschwitz-Birkenau was the largest killing center in the entire Nazi universe, once everybody has to see it, to remember those people who were killed there during the second world war. When you are there, you feel something special, feel the fates of children, women, families. It was really a creepy experience for me, as a filmdirector as was standing there, closed my eyes and saw the mass of people, the pack-full trains, mortified faces.
